Kimberley 2

On Wednesday the people from Cansa and the journalist from Volksblad took me to the hospital where the patients were receiving their chemo. Was shocked to see how many people was there and when Andre the head of Cansa told me how many people get chemo there every month. The patients come from as far as Springbok for treatment. Transport is one massive problem for these patients.

Thursday morning 8 I went to a Mass church service at the Hospice chapel and afterwards spoke to some of the Hospice nurses. After that I went to the dentist for a check up. Then yesterday afternoon I had a telephone interview with Radio Oranje and also the Citizen newspaper.

Today I am getting everything ready to carry on down the road to Bloemfontein.

Everybody that is going on holiday and driving please be careful and enjoy.

Then Lizanne, my P.A, is going on Honeymoon tomorrow. So for any questions and queries rather phone me at 082 629 7159. Luckily s’he promised me if I have a problem she is available for me, but I don’t want her to be bothered the whole time.
